Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide primary clinical support in an outpatient setting. You will assist providers, take histories, monitor vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and manage medications and vaccines.

Strong communication and organization are essential for this full-time, dayshift role. Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating lab tests, maintaining clean exam rooms, and ensuring continuity of care for diverse patient

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty nursing program.
• Ability to care for patients across age ranges.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Summary Of The Role

The Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in an outpatient setting, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and procedures. Responsibilities include obtaining patient histories, vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, administering medications and vaccines, collecting laboratory specimens, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. The role involves documentation, patient communication, and ensuring continuity of care. Full-time position with dayshift hours, welcoming both new and experienced LPNs.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required)


• Ability to provide care across specific age ranges
