Role Overview:

Provides primary clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and families to assist in diagnosis and treatment. Responsible for obtaining patient medical histories, vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with minor procedures and diagnostic tests. Collects laboratory specimens, documents patient communication, and administers medications and vaccines under provider supervision. Ensures a clean, sterile environment and maintains accurate medical records for continuity of care.
