Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital in Carmel, IN is seeking a Full-Time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for Day shifts. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care to assigned patients within licensure scope and hospital policies and procedures.

Summary

Under direct supervision of Registered Nurse,providesnursing care within the scope of licensure for assigned patients according toestablishedfederal, state, and regulatory body nursing standards and hospital policies and procedures.

MinimumQualifications:

• Current state licensure as an LPN/LVN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.

DesiredQualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
