Responsibilities:

Contribute data for assessments, address patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and reinforce patient and family education. Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies according to policies. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Mentor new staff and students, coordinate patient interactions, and ensure safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
