Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to contribute to patient assessments, planning and evaluation of care within an inpatient setting. You will provide direct patient care, including treatments and medications, while promoting safety and patient satisfaction.

Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and ongoing education for discharge planning are essential to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for patients and families.
