Join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Centers Health Care

Far Rockaway Center, a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Far Rockaway, NY, is hiring an LPN. We offer a base rate of $31.94 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. We are also currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities

• Collecting required information from new residents during admission.
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid LPN license in the state.
• In good standing with the State Registry.
