Licensed Practical Nurses

Northern Riverview Healthcare Center - Haverstraw, NY

We are actively hiring LPNs for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Haverstraw, NY. Join us for flexible shifts with full-time and part-time options, and enjoy the benefits of working directly with the union!

Compensation: $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS
Base rate: $31.94/hr with a $1 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect required information from new Residents for admission.
2. Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds.
5. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs).
6. Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license
• Good standing with State Registry
• Ability to work well in a team
