Job description

Hope Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bronx, NY.

Base rate is $31.94 with an additional $0.25 shift differential for evenings and nights.

Duties
  1. Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted.
  2. Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
  3. Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
  4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
  5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
  6. Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
  7. Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
  1. Ability to work as part of a team.
  2. Valid LPN State license.
  3. Good standing with State Registry.
