Five Star Nursing is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide direct nursing care to residents with developmental and physical disabilities. You will complete clinical assessments, record seizure activity as needed, and administer medications in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA.
• One year of experience as an LPN preferred.
