Job summary

Five Star Nursing in Beaver County, PA is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide direct nursing care in community group homes. You will oversee medical care for 4-6 residents per home, travel between sites, ensure physician orders, medications, and treatments are carried out, and monitor residents' health.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.

You will work in community group homes in the Beaver County area. You will provide oversight of medical care for 4-6 individuals per home during your shift. You will be required to travel between homes as needed. You will ensure physician orders, medications and treatments are carried out as well as perform general health monitoring.

LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
