Job summary

Five Star Nursing is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in skilled nursing facilities, following physician-established plans under RN supervision. You will advocate for patients and educate families, while delivering quality care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license to work in New York.
• CPR certification (BLS or ALS accepted) required.

We are seeking compassionate LPNs / Licensed Practical Nurses to work within our client's facilities, providing follow-through of the physician-established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the RN Supervisor. Hourly pay rate: $40 Plus a $5 per hour rate differential

LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• Currently holds an active LPN license to work in New York.
• CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
