Job summary

Accordius Health at Asheville is seeking an LPN to provide bedside care, administer medications, and monitor residents in our NC facility. You will document progress, support comfort, and collaborate with a compassionate care team.

Ideal candidates hold an NC LPN license with CPR/First Aid, and demonstrate empathy, teamwork, and strong customer service. We offer shift flexibility, engaging activities, a positive work environment, and competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with NC license (CWIC).
• CPR/First Aid certification up to date.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and document therapeutic effects.
• Administer medications and monitor outcomes.
• Take vital signs (temperature, BP, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with resident comfort and daily activities.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas as needed.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care and help coach staff.
