Role:

Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities include:

contributing to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; providing compassionate, direct patient care; addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; educating patients and families; coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams; evaluating intervention effectiveness; participating in evidence-based practice decisions; mentoring new staff and students; and ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

graduate from a nursing specialty training program; ability to meet unit-specific care standards; strong communication and collaboration skills; compassionate patient interactions; and capacity to work in a clinical environment.
