As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with flexible 12-hour shifts.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Conduct routine vital sign checks, assess patient condition, and report any changes to the nursing team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio
- Prior experience preferred; new graduates and experienced LPNs welcome to apply
