Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

• Perform wound care, catheter care, and assist with ADLs.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and the care team.
• Provide education to residents and families.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Respond to emergencies with timely, skilled care.
• Assist with training and mentoring CNAs.
