Job summary

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team in New York. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and resident care, with supervision of CNAs and coordination with physicians and NPs.

Shift times are 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm, with daily pay and competitive wages up to $34.48 per hour. NY-LPN license required. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Active NY LPN license is required.
• Geriatric/long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and supervise CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Monitor outcomes and provide resident education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
