Dubois Continuum of Care Community is seeking an eveningshift LPN to join our caring team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and participate in care planning to support seniors in our community setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.

Requirements
