Charter Senior Living in White House, TN is seeking an LPN to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The role emphasizes compassionate, clinical nursing care and teamwork to enhance quality of life for seniors.

You will administer medications, participate in assessments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with families and physicians to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.

Position Summary

The LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for resident assessments, care planning support, medication and treatment management, clinical documentation, and ongoing communication with residents, families, physicians, and caregiving teams.
