Job summary

Rockford Health Care Center, under new management, is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) dedicated to quality resident care and a positive team environment.

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
