American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Hickory Creek at Peru. This position offers FT night shifts with PRN availability, focusing on building meaningful relationships with residents and delivering compassionate geriatric care in a welcoming, community-focused setting.
You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, with favorable nurse-to-resident ratios and opportunities for professional growth within ASC.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Our nurse ratios are some of the best around with 1st and 2nd shift being 14-15 residents to 1 nurse and 3rd shift 28-30 to one nurse.
