Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a dedicated LPN to provide patient-centered nursing care for residents at Hickory Creek at Peru. You will support daily routines, monitor conditions and document changes, while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

You will join a collaborative team, apply compassionate care, and adhere to CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) in a supportive Indiana environment.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Our nurse ratios are some of the best around with 1 st and 2 nd shift being 14-15 residents to 1 nurse and 3 rd shift 28-30 to one nurse.
