American Senior Communities’ Hickory Creek at Peru is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents, perform essential nursing care, and support safe, person-centered routines in a warm, small-facility setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate assessments, and compassionate communication. We offer FT night shifts, PRN options, professional mentorship, tuition support, and a comprehensive benefits package

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.

FT Night Shifts and PRN Available

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Our nurse ratios are some of the best around with 1st and 2nd shift being 14-15 residents to 1 nurse and 3rd shift 28-30 to one nurse.
