The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center in New York is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. In this role you will provide direct patient care, administer medications (including IVs where permitted), and monitor vital signs to support geriatric residents in achieving optimal outcomes.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
