Job summary

The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time shifts in our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care units in Middle Village, NY. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and supervising CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

We offer a competitive hourly wage up to $45, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and options for daily pay. Candidates must hold an active LPN license and be able to work autonomously with geriatric

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Experience in geriatric/skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for SNF/Long Term Care residents.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Record and monitor vital signs and resident responses to treatments.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
