Axiom Healthcare of Mount Vernon is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to our residents in Mount Vernon, IL. You will administer medications, support daily resident activities, and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an active IL LPN license, CPR certification, and has experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Job Summary
