• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including RNs, therapists, and physicians, to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
• Conduct routine vital sign checks, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment, including documentation and reporting of patient progress and outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, respecting the dignity and autonomy of each patient, and providing compassionate and empathetic support
