We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team at a our Nursing Home facility located in Monticello, FL. As an LPN, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your expertise, clinical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities will be crucial in ensuring the well‑being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents based on their individual needs and care plans.

2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.

3. Monitor residents' vital signs, assess their health condition, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Registered Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.

3. Sound knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures, with a focus on geriatric care.

4. Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills to evaluate and respond to residents' health needs effectively.

5. Strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members with empathy and professionalism.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

7. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.

8. Current CPR certification.
