Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Primary Care Clinic in Elk River, MN. This full-time, permanent position offers a day shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM) with no weekends and a pay range of $24.50–$32.77 per hour based on experience, plus benefits.

You will work with providers and the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting, including intake, exams, injections, phlebotomy, and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license is required.
• Clinic/outpatient experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, vital signs, and health assessments.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Support prescription refills and patient communications.
• Assist with inventory and clinic operations.
