Job summary

The Homeplace at Midway, operated by Christian Care Communities, is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing support and coordinate care from admission to discharge.

Qualified candidates hold an active Kentucky LPN license and demonstrate strong teamwork, independence, and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care for residents in Midway, KY. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a family-oriented senior care provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing support and ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions.

• 12 hour shifts- flexible scheduling options!
