Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. We offer 12-hour shifts with day or night options and a comprehensive benefits package designed to recognize and reward dedicated staff.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, providing resident care and education, and coordinating with physicians, NPs, families, and supervising CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days or nights.
