Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 12-hour shifts, days or nights, at our skilled nursing facility in Tennessee. Expect participation in IV meds administration, vital signs, resident care, and family education, with CNA supervision where appropriate.
