Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and patient care with ongoing outcomes monitoring.

You will educate residents and families, communicate with physicians and NPs, and supervise CNAs. TN licensure is required. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Proficient in IV administration and medication management.

Responsibilities
