National Health Care Associates in Kennebunk, ME is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and help implement care plans for our residents in a compassionate, team‑oriented setting. We offer per diem and full‑time shifts (2nd & 3rd).

Base pay is $34.50–$37 per hour, with differentials up to $46, and an additional $5/hour for weekends. A $3,000 sign‑on bonus, full benefits, paid training, tuition assistance, and student loan payoff are

Qualifications

• Qualifications of an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) include: valid state LPN license and compassionate patient care.
• Ability to administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Experience working in geriatric or long-term care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

** Per Diem staff needed **

** Full Time openings for 2nd & 3rd shifts **

** Base pay is $34.50 - $37 / Shift differentials up to $46.00 an hour

** Weekend Warrior needed for Evenings & Overnights, adds an additional $5 an hour to pay on top of all differentials **

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the implementation of care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
