Job summary

National Health Care Associates' Eastside affiliate is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Bangor, Maine for a full-time day position. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and oversee care plan implementation to support residents’ well-being.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state LPN license (required).
• Experience with elderly and chronically ill patients preferred.
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the implementation of care plans.

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
