Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Manchester Office seeks a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, delivering compassionate care to pediatric and adult clients in Concord and surrounding areas. The role offers day and overnight options with a focus on one-to-one client care and exceptional documentation.

Pay ranges from $32–$35/hour, with a $2,000 bonus for 36+ hours per week, and a benefits package including health coverage, PTO, holidays, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Active state nursing license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Current CPR Certification
