Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Hudson County seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, traveling to nearby client locations and documenting doctors' orders and patient observations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with diploma or transcript.
• Current NJ nursing license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home for scheduled visits and document orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to adults and/or pediatrics.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and notes.

• Offers traditional shift types (8's, 10's, or 12's)

Qualifications for a private duty [LPN]:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• One year of LPN experience

Compensation & Schedule:

• $30.00-$35.00/Hour
• $35.00-$40.00/Hour Ongoing Weekend Shift
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
