Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities Include:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor health status, and provide education to residents and families.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating a warm environment.
• Enjoy fun activities and events that promote a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required.
• Current/active CPR certification preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to work well within a team and under pressure.
