What We’re Looking For:
  • LPN License: Must hold a valid LPN license in Ohio.
  • Experience: Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate Nature: A strong desire to care for the elderly and vulnerable with kindness, empathy, and patience.
  • Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong clinical skills and an eye for detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Why New Lebanon?
  • Excellence in Care: Our tagline isn't just words—it’s our promise to residents and their families.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and more.
  • Career Development: We believe in professional growth and offer ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement.
  • Supportive Team: Join a team that values collaboration, respect, and teamwork in everything we do.
