Job summary

Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehab invites qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate, resident-first care team. Flexible schedules include 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM with full-time, part-time, and PRN openings.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.
