Position Overview:

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will administer medications, provide direct care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure residents’ well-being.

LPN Job Requirements:

• Active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in Georgia
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• CPR certification current
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and document residents’ health conditions
• Provide direct nursing care and support to nursing assistants
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care plans

Shift Details:

12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Full-time and part-time positions available

Sign-on bonus available (details shared upon hire)
