The Chateau at Brooklyn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. The candidate must hold a NY LPN license and be capable of independent evaluation and treatment, with a passion for geriatric care.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), recording vital signs, patient care and treatment, and educating residents and families.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
