Job summary
The Chateau at Brooklyn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its skilled nursing team in New York. The role requires NY LPN licensure, the ability to evaluate and treat with minimal supervision, and a focus on geriatric care. Russian language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, treatment monitoring, and caregiver education. CNAs will be supervised to ensure quality outcomes.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
Bilingual Russian preferred
- Current License-LPN
Salary: Up to $42 an hour
- 1199 benfits after 90 days
