Job summary

Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team in Berwick, PA. Multiple shifts available: 7:00am–3:00pm (Part Time), 3:00pm–11:00pm (Full Time/Part Time), 11:00pm–7:00am (Full Time/Part Time).

Responsibilities include providing nursing care to residents, administering medications, collaborating with RNs and care teams, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
• New LPNs welcome – training provided
