Vantage Health & Rehab of WestSpringfield in WestSpringfield, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing facility. You will administer basic treatments, collaborate with the Director of Nursing, and support residents' physical and emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate holds an active MA LPN license, brings compassionate patient care, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Prior nursing or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with medical equipment, procedures and best practices.
• Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with genuine desire to help others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic care to patients who are ill, injured, or recovering.
• Administer basic treatments, including medication administration in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Educate patients about their treatments and care plans.
• Build rapport with patients to foster trust and comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with the healthcare team.
