Vantage Health & Rehab of Westfield in Westfield, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing facility. You will administer basic treatments, collaborate with the Director of Nursing, and support residents’ well-being.

The ideal candidate holds an active MA LPN license, has experience in healthcare, and communicates clearly with patients and the care team.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties And Responsibilities

• Delivering empathetic care to patients who are ill, injured, or recovering.
• Administering basic patient treatments, including medication administration in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Educating and informing patients about their medical treatments and care plans.
• Building strong rapport with patients to foster trust and comfort.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications And Skills

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous nursing or healthcare-related experience (preferred).

• Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem positions available for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on all shifts.
• Weekend Only shifts available.
