Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of Delaware.
- Certification in State of DE required.
- Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
