Extended Care LLC in Crystal Lawns, IL is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our compassionate care team. You will lead day-to-day nursing support, administer medications, and document resident care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Relate positively and favorably to residents and visitors.
• Undertake diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
• Complete required record-keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
