Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents as described in the job's summary.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by CNAs and CMAs.
• Maintain QA program and participate in surveys/inspections.
• Record diet orders and disseminate to dietary department.
• Chart communications with physicians and families; document orders.
• Administer medications following 5 Rights and notify DON of issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect residents from neglect or mistreatment.
