Job summary

Majestic Care of Whitehall is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in Whitehall, OH. The LPN will render skilled nursing services on a designated unit, supporting medical care as directed by the nursing management team and supervising CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include leading care plan development, administering medications, IVs, and treatments, documenting care, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active LPN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Render skilled nursing services to residents per nursing management directives.
• Supervise CNAs to maintain high-quality care.
• Initiate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, start IVs, and document treatments.
• Assist with tests and procedures within Nursing Practice Act.
• Report observations and coordinate care with other departments.
• Participate in orientation and in-service training.
• Respond to emergencies for residents as needed.
