603 Healthcare's Langdon Place of Dover is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing assistants, and coordinate day-to-day nursing tasks with compassion and teamwork.

You will monitor residents, administer medications, participate in rounds and care planning, and collaborate with families and providers to ensure safe, responsive care. Shift options include day, evening, and night, with compensation based on experience and applicable differentials.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Current unrestricted LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to organize priorities and remain composed in a changing healthcare environment.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise assigned nursing assistants and support staff.
• Monitor resident status and promptly communicate significant changes.
• Administer medications and monitor residents for adverse reactions.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Accurately carry out and document physician orders.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, transfers, rounds, and care planning.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and transportation needs.
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support end-of-life care when needed.
• Promote teamwork, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
